What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the packing slip.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Boston Proper ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
How do I determine my correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit or consulting our 'Fit & Fabric' details.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. However, you may return the items once they arrive according to our return policy.
