Returns & Exchanges

At Boston Proper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include in your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
